The products to be discussed will include Microsoft Virtual Server R2 SP1; Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager, which allows for centralized virtual machine management in addition to virtual to virtual (V2V) conversion of VMware VMs to Virtual Server VMs and physical to virtual (P2V) conversions; Windows Server Virtualization in Windows Server 2008; and Microsoft Softgrid Application Virtualization

Unfortunately, the cost of high performance virtualization is daunting. This session will discuss Xen virtualization technology, a part of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10. You will learn about virtualizing Linux and Windows on top of the Xen hypervisor. A brief demo will be shown during the session.
